Minimalist Illustrated Quotation Posters by Ryan McArthur

    Ryan McArthur  always found comfort in little witty one liners because most tap into one commonality that we all share… human nature. I really wanted to find quotations and snippets from my favorite books that not only provided a great visual to play off of, but that speak to life in general. I illustrate them all by hand using pen and ink and then digitally render them.

William Oldys was born in 1696. He was the illegitimate son of the Chancellor of Lincoln, a collector of rare books, a librarian, the author of The Life of Sir Walter Raleigh and a poet.
